More than three million residents are eligible for up to $1,500 in property tax relief under the ANCHOR program.
To receive your application visit nj.gov/treasury/taxation/anchor/. You may also call, but wait times are expected to be long.
A free online seminar on the ANCHOR program will be held on October 5th, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. Register online by 12:00 p.m. on October 3rd, 2022.
To be eligible for this year’s benefit, you must have occupied your primary residence on October 1st, 2019. You must also file (or be exempt from) NJ income taxes. The deadline for filing is December 30th, 2022. Click here for details.
