Industry icon, Edward P. Bond announces his retirement after more than 50 years of service to the accounting industry/insolvency and litigation services community. A pioneer in New Jersey’s bankruptcy profession, Mr. Bond was instrumental in identifying the need for a litigation services niche in the accounting profession, as well as building the niche at Bederson. He trained practitioners and developed the specialization into a substantial five-partner, professional and support staff practice that was solely dedicated to serving the needs of the legal community. Mr. Bond received numerous awards including lifetime achievement awards from several organizations, and served on more than a dozen boards of directors. He also oversaw the management of the Firm, serving as managing partner and chairman for many years.
