On May 17, 2022 Bederson Partner and Sub V Trustee, Charles Persing will present on bankruptcy at AGN International’s North American Regional Meeting. Mr. Persing will provide a basic understanding of bankruptcy to accountants, including the various types of bankruptcy, an overview of the process,  tips on what happens to the client, how an accountant can help their client prepare for filing, post bankruptcy requirements and when it is prudent to walk away.

The conference will be held in Minneapolis, Minnesota from May 15 – 17, 2022.
