Bederson is pleased to announce the election of Charles N. Persing, CPA/CFF, CFE, CVA, CIRA  to the NABT | National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees Board of Directors.  Chuck is a Partner at Bederson and Subchapter V Trustee in the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. He has been an active NABT member for over 10 years, participating in conferences, seminars, campaigns, thought leadership and more. He will serve a 3 year term as board member, which will begin in October 2022.
